Hi, I'm Dani -- a 200-hour trained Yoga Teacher through My Vinyasa Practice in Austin, Texas. I'm Reiki Level 2 trained through Butterfly Holistics in Holly Springs, North Carolina, and am Youth Mental Health First Aid Certified. I'm a yoga teacher and coach holding a counseling-based master's degree in higher education.

I am not a licensed mental health professional, and yoga is not a suitable substitute for therapy. However, study after study has proven the benefit of a yoga practice on the body-mind connection as well as a positive impact on re-training the nervous system.

As such, I believe each of us have the innate ability to cultivate balance in our lives, bringing a sense of joy and contentment.

I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. Having the chance to pass on the gifts of mindfulness, gratitude, and the joys of a yoga practice to students of all ages fills me with a sense of purpose.
